Therefore, we propose to integrate learning models into professional staff development curricula which assists instructional leaders and staff in better ways of identifying trauma and its effects on themselves and the entire learning community.

We will deliver curriculum for peace education to familiarize professional staff in the manifestations of trauma: physiological, neurological and psychological perspectives.

This will best equip them in identifying and coping with personal trauma and various states of compassion fatigue.
